General Instructions

• The applicant has to apply LTOA before six months and MTOA before three months from start date of open access on portal.
• The applicant seeking MTOA/LTOA has to apply simultaneously on both STU and concerned Distribution Licensee OA portals.
• The applicant has to recheck his application and confirm whether the required documents are attached and then apply.
• All the applicants seeking Medium/Long term Open Access from Renewable (Green) to apply on Open access portal available on Maharashtra STU website till development of Green Open Access Registry (GOAR) portal.
• All the applicants seeking Medium/Long term Open Access from Non- Renewable energy (Non- Green) to apply on Open access portal available on Maharashtra STU website.
• The payment of Application fees is done through online payment gateway only, no other payment methods will be accepted.
• Refer procedures at www.mahatransco.in and GOAR Notification.
